Participated in an educational program on steel house construction conducted by the US ISS
Acquired a certificate for the quality of steel house (Korea Iron & Steel Association No. 99-2)
Set up a steel house panel and truss compounding factory (in Yonggang-ri, Gimpo)
Acquired a license for professional construction business
Started a construction progress for the manufacturing of truss and panel (in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province)
Selected for a joint research task among small and medium-sized enterprises
Developed PRY truss using lightweight shape steel
Conducted a joint research with RIST which is supervised by POSCO


Participated in a joint research for a model project for the standardization of steel house designs (Korea Institute of Construction Technology)

Set up a four-story steel villa for the first time in Korea (in Changcheon-dong, Seoul)
Designated as a new technology in construction (an agreement on floor and wall structure of steel house using cold formed steel)

Made a contract for the construction of the Forest Hill complex in Pyeongnae (Korea Real Estate Investment Trust Co., Ltd.)


Constructed a timbacrib using preserved wood (in the Pyeongnae complex)
Opened a model house of Branew, a residential-cum commercial apartment in Muk-dong
Selected for a joint research task among industry, academia and research institutes by the Ministry of Construction & Transportation
