| Yehwa Co., Ltd. has been making every effort in promoting
balanced development of domestic construction technologies
based on the harmony between human and nature since its
establishment in 1999. With such belief in mind, we have
been supplying environment-friendly timbacrib in the engineering
work sector as the only supplier in Korea. The timbacrib
using preserved wood was applied in the Forest Hill complex
in Pyeongnae for the first time in Korea, and therefore,
its superiority has been widely proven. In addition, we
have also developed a steel house pastoral complex in
Yonggang-ri, Gimpo, as the first case in Korea. We have
been accumulating abundant experience in the engineering
construction sector for pastoral housing complexes by
recently conducting an engineering construction work of
Forest Hill in Pyeongnae. |

Yehwa Co., Ltd. performs a wide range of housing construction
projects ranging from detached houses to villas and apartments.
Recently, we have aggressively launched into the pastoral
housing business. In particular, we have performed various
technology development projects since the introduction
of steel house technology to Korea based on high-level
construction technologies using steel materials. As exemplified
by splendid results from fine work exhibitions held by
the Korea Iron & Steel Association, Yeehwa Co., Ltd.
has been settled as a company equipped with the best design
and construction ability in this sector.
Besides residential buildings, we have also accumulated
the construction know-how in various sectors such as residential-cum-commercial
buildings, neighborhood living facilities and remodeling
projects. Meanwhile, lightweight PRY truss applied in
roofs of apartments and other steel-frame structure buildings,
jointly developed with POSCO, is the only long span truss
system in Korea, which is a technology that can be introduced
with pride to the world market, as such professional technologies
are rare even throughout the world. |
